His grin slipped back into a conversational smile as she explains herself. It wasn't silly at all. It was the way the world worked and it was important to see the next generation trying new things. The woman was no doubt brought up under the Masquerade and ignorant of the way things used to be. It was better. Her earnestness was almost adorable.
"Which question shall I answer first?" he laughed out. "Come, sit and have a drink with me, my treat, and we shall sort it out, hmm?"
